I’m passionate about helping individuals and organizations "Get Their ACT Together" by shifting mindsets, building strong leaders, and driving workforce success. With over 30 years of experience in leadership, workforce training, and HR strategy, I’ve worked with government agencies, workforce boards, and businesses to develop leaders, optimize talent, and create lasting impact. As the Co-Founder of Workforce Training Solutions and Founder / CEO of Menifield & Associates, LLC, I bring a real-world, results-driven approach to workforce and leadership development.
